QR Code Guide

Generating QR Code
  1. Navigate to "QR Code" section
  2. Click "Generate QR Code" button
  3. Choose size (recommended: 10cm x 10cm)
  4. Download PNG or PDF format
Printing QR Code

Best practices for printing:

  • Size: Minimum 5cm x 5cm, recommended 10cm x 10cm
  • Material: Laminated paper or plastic stand
  • Placement: On each table, clearly visible
  • Instructions: Add "Scan to view menu" text
Testing QR Code

Before printing, test your QR code:

  1. Open phone camera
  2. Point at QR code on screen
  3. Tap notification to open menu
  4. Verify all items display correctly

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

QR Code Not Scanning

If customers can't scan QR code:

  • Check QR code is not damaged or faded
  • Ensure adequate lighting
  • Verify size is at least 5cm x 5cm
  • Test with multiple phones
  • Regenerate QR code if needed
Menu Not Updating

If changes don't reflect:

  • Refresh the menu page
  • Clear browser cache
  • Check internet connection
  • Wait 30 seconds and try again
  • Contact support if persists
Images Not Loading

If food photos don't display:

  • Check image size (max 2MB recommended)
  • Use JPEG or PNG format
  • Compress large images before upload
  • Ensure stable internet connection
